These Terms apply to all matters between the operator and users regarding use of the Service.
Any guidance or guidelines the operator separately publishes within the Service form part of these Terms.
What the Service is
The Service provides exploration experiences that combine 3D models, explanations, checkpoints, and discovery logs.
Content is offered as a means for exploration and discovery, with care for accuracy and safety, and is not a substitute for professional advice or any official certification.
Accounts
You agree to keep your registration details accurate and up to date, and to manage your credentials at your own responsibility.
If you become aware of unauthorized use by a third party, please contact the operator promptly. Actions taken through your account may be treated as your own.
Fees and plans (Dawn / Stella / Astra)
Dawn is free to use. Stella and Astra are paid plans; their prices and billing intervals (monthly / yearly) are shown on the plans page. Payment, cancellation, and billing management are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Customer Portal.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to the unlocked features until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices and offerings may change with prior notice.
Prohibited conduct
When using the Service, you must not engage in any of the following.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Acts that infringe the rights, property, or privacy of third parties.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users’ exploration.
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or other improper analysis or abuse of how the Service works.
- Reproducing, reposting, or redistributing content without the rights holder’s permission.
Intellectual property
Rights to the Service and to official experience content — including 3D models, text, images, and code — belong to the operator or the rightful rights holders.
Use beyond the scope of personal exploration requires prior permission.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The operator does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and interruptions
The operator may add, change, or discontinue features.
The operator may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, faults, or other unavoidable reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance where practical.
Changes to these Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as needed.
The revised Terms take effect once posted within the Service. By using the Service after a revision, you agree to the revised Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
